In order to give a better solution of the problem that the power connectors are prone to happen accidents, the objective of this subject is developing the preparation of a new safe agent used on the connectors of the power gird. By studing the formula process, this dissertation provides reference for the practical engineering application.The main function of the agent that protects the contact spots in the apparent contact interface from erosion is putting forward first. Based on this point, five test items are making and the test divice used is designed. Mathematical statistics methods and modeling methods are used to analyze the test results.For the purpose of getting a better compounding proportion, the test makes a extreme vertex test design and a simplex lattice point design on the compounding materials. The comparative analysis on advantages and disadvantages of two test formulas whose base oils are the pentaerythrite oleate and dimethyl silicone respectively are made. The combination properties of six kinds of preservatives are evaluated and the best one is selected through the definition on the average grade value and the grade value dispersion based on hypothesis testing. In order to optimize the compounding proportion, the projective relationship between multi test factors and multi test results are set up utilizing the artificial neural network model. Base on the simulation experiment of the model and the real test better compounding proportions are selected.For the sake of an understanding of the erosion process of the viscous layer in real environment, experimental studies on the anti-permeability of the viscous layer which formed by adding the active agent and nanometer copper powder in the dimethyl silicone are taking based on the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) technology. The research is carried out by testing the impedance spectroscopy at different time. The test indicates that the permeation process of the water into the layer is composed of three stages which have their own characteristics, that the adding of the active agent and copper powder have different effects on the layer's anti-permeability, and that the transmission of the water in the viscous layer follows the Fick diffusion law approximately.Besides, for the purpose of giving the further development of the film agent some guidance, the thermal environment of the agent in using is studied. Through the finite element analysis, the affecting heat on the agent is analyzed in two different conditions of the single point contact, in which the analytic expression of the temperature field distribution is given, and the cluster contact. In the end the permittivity of the agent on its heat bearing is analyzed by physical model building.
