Based on the analysis of studies on all kinds of solar assisted heat pumps (SAHPS) at home and abroad, this paper did research on the simulation of the series type solar energy heat pump system in depth. Through the improvements of the system configuration, operation optimization of the system could be achieved. Besides, according to the technical code for solar heating system, the paper proposed the improved anti freezing scheme of solar collector system.First of all, in order to get the radiant quantity on the tilted surface of the solar collectors, basic calculation theories of the solar energy was introduced into this paper.Secondly, a model of a single commercial building in Harbin was created through using DeST-c software, and hourly thermal load of the building during the space heating period was also calculated via using the same software. According to the maximum heat demand, the primary selection of water source heat pump was accomplished. Based on the technical code for solar heating system, the effective area of solar collectors and the volume of heat storage tank were determined. What's more, the flat panel heat exchanger was also selected through calculation and referring to the sample.Thirdly, this paper established the mathematic model of each component of the system respectively. And all of the operational modes were also described in detail. Besides, conditions of the mode transition were also determined. On the basis of the construction of the whole system and through using hourly meteorological parameters and thermal load of the building which could be obtained from DeST-c, the system was simulated dynamically by using the Matlab program designed by myself. Based on the simulation results, the problems in the operation were analyzed. Then, through changing system parameters, including the slope of collectors, the volume of heat storage tank and the capacity of the heat pump, dynamic simulations were made respectively. On the comparison of the simulation results, the optimization of the system could be obtained through improving the performances of components.Finally, according to the solar energy criterion, the improved anti freezing strategy was given in the paper.Research results of this paper may provide some guidance for the design of the sequent indirect solar assist heat pump system, and offer beneficial inspirations in further study of this system.
