| Pointing accuracy is an important part of the two-axis-position mechanism's work life and reliability. Considering the satellite'need for high durability and reliability, enhance pointing accuracy become an important issue for the mechanism's design and analysis. this paper , taking the two-axes-position mechanism for satellite antenna for object, makes a deep research on pointing accuracy including error analysis and operation stability analysis.For one thing, in order to study the effects of the geometry error on pointing accuracy of the two-axis-position mechanism, the source of joint clearance and the effect of joint clearance on end effector's pointing accuracy are analysed. And the joint errors are classified according to accuracy by sensitivity analysis.For another thing, the joint clearance dynamics model is established by using nonlinear equivalent spring-damp model and Coulomb friction model. The virtual prototype model of the two-axes-position mechanism is created and proved correctly by verification. And then establish the model of the virtual prototype model of the two-axes-position mechanism with clearance by embedding clearance into virtual prototype.On this basis, the joint clearance model's inherent characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the two-axis-position mechanism are analysed by using the theoretical analysis and ADAMS's dynamics simulation. Finally, this paper provides the direction for enhancing operation stability, and also for the life prediction and reliability analysis of the two-axis-position mechanism. |
