| Information and digital-based manufacturing are important means of improving the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Production preparation, especially production design is extremely important part of production and building of yacht. Backwardness of its digital, will seriously affect the development of yacht manufacturing enterprise. Based on the current production status of yacht manufacturing enterprise in China, the deeper research is conducted on the digitalized productiondesign of yacht:The function architecture of production preparation system and production design system are proposed by summarizing the business process of production design of yacht. Also, the software architecture of production design system is built. The platform and tools used in the realization of system are studied.The decision making method of molding process of yacht is solved by establishing the evaluation model of molding process. The improved AHP and rough set theory are used to determine the weight of evaluation index. The molding process is evaluated comprehensively by the Fuzzy reasoning. Example shows the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation. The optimization of laminate parameter of yacht by parting-and-grading optimization is proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of the optimization is established. Secondly, the key technologies of establishment of finite element model are studied by an example. The feasibility and accuracy of optimization procedure are verified.Based on the research of the application of SCRIMP in yacht, the influence about process parameters is studied. And some rules which can guide the production are achieved by comparing the different process plan from the simulation of SCRIMP.Based on the research of the above-mentioned key technologies, J2EE platform and MySQL DBMS are used to fulfill the business and database. The interface of B/S is designed by JSP. And the prototype system is developed. |
