In recent years, due to the high reliability, intelligent, and big torque characteristics, integrated motor has developed rapidly in the U.S., Japan ,Western Europe and other developed countries, and demonstrated its good broad prospects for development. Since China started late, the relative studies are very deficient. For the defense industry, aerospace, space satellites and other special application, motors are controlled by other countries or the traditional motor. In this paper, on the background of application of integrated motor in the field of aerospace,the driving system is as the research object, has researched the conducted electromagnetic interference of integrated motor, and realized electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) of the driving system.Firstly, the integrated motor system is designed, and its performance is analyzed through establishing a mathematical model of brushless DC motor(BLDC). On the basis of this, the designing for hardware and software of the driving system are completed, providing an experimental platform for EMC analysis.Secondly, the mechanism and transmission of common mode interference of integrated motor driving system are analyzed. The simulation model is established by saber software and the common mode interference of the inverter and the motor side are simulated and analysis respectively, then the suppression methods are studied. By the compensation of leakage current and snubber circuits to suppress the interference of inverter side; the motor side can be suppressed by the passive filter, the system is experimented on the experimental platform of BLDC based on XC886. The experimental results agree with the results of simulation well, and confirm the suppression method.Finally, facing the problems when designing the system, this paper achieve EMC designing for integrated motor from the aspects of controlling circuit and signal cables, power circuits and printed circuit board.
