The spine box girder is a new type and ribbed structure, which has small boxes and great cantile-vers. Its bridge deck is very wide and its clearance is very big, construction doesn't block the trafficfurthermore. With the light weight and beautiful appearance, the spine box girder has a broad applicat-ion prospects in bridge construction, but the theory of the spine box girder bridge design problem hasnot been fundamentally resolved. This thesis impose the spine box girder with transverse and longitudi--nal prestressing as the object of study, and conduct a series of experimental studies and theoretical an-alyses according to different construction stages condition on the spine box girder. The main researchcontents include:Built the pine box girder model with organic glass based on the similarity theory.Conduct a seri-es of experimental studies according to different construction stages condition on the spine box girderand analysis the box girder shear lag effect, torsional behaviors and the mechanical properties ofthe rib-bed bridge deck and the girt strip.Analyse the spine box girder mechanical properties under static load condition by using large-sca-le finite element software ANSYS APDL in the establishment of three-span continuous box beam spa-ce model; By comparing finite element model results with model test data to verify the finite eleme-nt model.Considering a variety of factors, analyse the mechanical parameters of the spine box girder, eval-uated the various parameters impact on the shear lag effect and the torsion effect and obtain the main parameters influence the shear lag effect and torsion effect. Furtherly research and summarize someof the spine box girder bridge mechanical properties, whose results are used to guide design. Finally, give a practical forms used to calculate the factor of shear lag effect of the spine box girder bridge according to engineering practice.
