Dual Clutch Transmission(DCT) is a new and fastly developing technology in automatic transmission field in recent years,it has the advantages of high transmission efficiency,without power interruption during shifting process,comfortable and lower fuel consumption.DCT is less costly in manufacturing cost since it shares similar structure and components of manual transmission.So DCT becomes the focus of the automatic transmission development area,and it has a good prospect.In recent years,foreign DCT technology was relatively perfect,and DCT had been mass production.Many domestic units did research of DCT,and got many achievements.But overall,the domestic research of DCT is still in its infancy.In the research process of DCT, in order to enhance the DCT stability and vehicle safety,and improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and repair rate,it's necessary to do research on fault diagnosis and fault disposal of DCT.Based on wet DCT,the main research contents of this article are shown as follows:①Analyzed the structure and working principle of DCT,and the DCT system was divided into four parts:transmission control unit,sensors,actuators and the controlled objects.Did research of the possible faults of DCT,and classify the DCT faults according to the degree of their influence to vehicle.②According to the relationship between the various parts of DCT,basd on signal ayalysis method,analytical redundancy method and state feedback method,established the fault diagnosis strategy of DCT,and the fault coordination disposal strategy of DCT control system and fault diagnosis system.③Developed DCT fault diagnosis system based on Matlab/Simulink,and established signal analysis fault diagnosis module,analytical redundancy fault diagnosis module and state feedbacek fault diagnosis module.Did simulation and analysis of each module.④Developed DCT rapid control prototyping system based on the hardware and software of D2P,established DCT control system and fault diagnosis system. Based on OBD-Ⅱ,established fault codes of the DCT system.Did DCT prototype vehicle tests and fault diagnosis,fault disposal tests. Finally,analyzed the tests results.
