Doublepipe condenser and fin-tube Evaporator are the significant sections in the refrigeration equipment which will influence the running performance of the entire refrigeration system. The paper established the models and simulated the running of doublepipe condenser and fin-tube Evaporator. And multi-angle analysis on doublepipe condenser and fin-tube Evaporator was done. The simulation results have engineering significances and can afford guidance to the study of other condenser and evaporator.In this paper, partition steady-state of parameter method was employed to establish the models of doublepipe condenser and fin-tube Evaporator.The paper introduces the methods for determining and calculating of various thermal parameters for refrigerant side, water side and air side.And,the computational procedure for the mathematical models of heat exchangers was analyzed and designed. Fortran programming language was employed to solve the models of two heat exchangers. The performance of heat exchangers were calculated under different running conditions. Simulation program employed modularization to design.Trnsys simulation software features was fully used to divided the models involved in the process input variables and functions into three modules:input modules, heat exchanger operation module and output module.And enhance the readability of program. The paper selected structure parameters and operating parameters as, using the simulation software to simulate the influence of variables for the heat exchengersSimulate the running of doublepipe condenser and fin-tube Evaporator in order to supply the guidance for design and optimization to researchers. This work will provide design and optimization guidance for the study of solar water heater and air-condition hybrid systems and other forms of heat exchanger.
