Wind power is a new clean energy which has nice future, but waviness and randomness give a large challenge for generation. This paper use storage battery to solve the problem of fluctuation and research the control strategy of Doubly-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) system with Battery Storage Cell (BSC).The stand-alone mode, the grid-connect mode and the transition of system are studied.Firstly, the control and working principle of system in stand-alone mode is studied. The characters of value regulated acid (VRLA) battery and it's principle of cooperation with wind power generation system are studied. System topology is introduced and a research on rotor side converter (RSC) and grid side converter (GSC) is taken. Simulation results indicate that the control strategy can make system steady and follow the tracks of maximum wind power.Secondly, the control of system in grid-connect mode is studied. Analysis of the power fluxion of system and the reason of reducing power fluctuation is taken. Designed the control system and performed the simulations and experiments to prove control strategy's effectiveness.At last, the transition process is studied. A research on single phase and three phase double mode inverter is taken and a new seamless transition method based on ABC coordinate is present and simulation results prove it's effectiveness.
