This project was sponsored by the National High Technology Research and Development Program(2009AA04Z148). In this thesis, the design and analysis tools with independent intellectual property right for microscopic electromechanical system design were developed, the conversion of multi-body dynamics model was studied, the feasible methods for microscopic electromechanical system design and analysis and model data interface design between ADAMS virtual prototype analysis software were provided. The research has great significance in extending the modeling capabilities of microscopic electromechanical system design and analysis software, also helps to reduce the repeated modeling.First, based on the multi-body dynamic modeling theory, this thesis studies the expression of multi-body dynamics model, including the relation between models and model elements, classification of model elements, and the topological structure of the model.Secondly, this thesis analyses the features and syntax specification of model description file (. cmd), summarizes the expression and distribution of model elements information in model description files, and also briefly describes the common file formats (. xml).Thirdly, this thesis uses parts, forces, constraints, and the drivers as the research objects to study the methods of extracting model elements information in model description file (. cmd), so as to establish the relation between model elements and the data structure, and form a complete topological structure of the model format converter. Finally, using C++BUILDER 2009 as a development tool, the development of model format converter is achieved. using examples to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the research.
