| With fast economic development of our Country , the electricity consumption grows rapidly. Industrial power become shortage, the power demand increase Continuously, the power grid construction expand exponentially. The capacity of large turbo-generator unit and the improvement of technical and economic indicators are inevitable requirements for the development of power industry. To increase the unit capacity, mainly rely on the constant progress of generator cooling technology.This article investigates on the ventilation and cooling system of 700MW turbine generator of Shanghai Generator Works. The oretical calculation is combined with experimental research: equivalent circuit method is used to analysis generator ventilation system; and completes the ventilation test on the generator product. The test data of generator pressure distribution at each wind zone and fan total flow are compared with the calculation values. The results show that the deviations between experimental data and calculated values are small. Which verify the design of generator ventilation system is reasonable and calculating method is correct and reliable. |
