Hypersonic-Glide Vehicle (HGV) has been a major direction in the development of aerospace industry all over the world. There has been a research boom overseas to make HGV a kind of long-range, fast and precise strike weapons system platforms. The evaluation of HGV's aerodynamic performance is the basis of overall performance evaluation. It is one of the key technologies to put HGV into practice.This paper focuses on HGV. The technologies that relevant to aerodynamic performance is studied and discussed, such as aerodynamic force numerical calculation and performance analysis, aerodynamic heating engineering estimation and performance analysis and aerodynamic performance evaluating method. The primary technological process of HGV's aerodynamic evaluation is set up subsequently.In the research of aerodynamic force numerical calculation and performance analysis, the software Fluent is used to do numerical simulation of quasi-waverider vehicle's aerodynamic force. The accuracy of the results is verified by comparing with experimental data. Based on the numerical calculation results, the aerodynamic performance of quasi-waverider vehicle is analyzed in the following aspects:longitudinal aerodynamic characteristics, lateral aerodynamic characteristics and coupling characteristics.In the research of aerodynamic heating engineering estimating and performance analysis, the aerodynamic heating estimating model is set up. Aerodynamic heating formulas of different flow state in different positions including stagnation point, leading edge and surface. Based on strip theory and two-dimensional thin shock wave layer theory, a aerodynamic heating engineering method is built, considering the real gas effects and entropy layer effects. Three typical flying state of quasi-waverider vehicle is selected to calculate and analyze the heating circs of the body.In the research of aerodynamic performance evaluation method, the HGV's aerodynamic performance evaluation process is set up based on the analysis of aerodynamic force and heating. The aerodynamic performance evaluating indicator system is set up. The methods used to ascertain the weights of indicators and to pre-manage the value of indicators are studied. Multi-level integrated evaluation model is used to evaluate the aerodynamic performance of quasi-waverider and lifting body, and the result of evaluation is compared and analyzed.This thesis may have some referenced value on the HGV's aerodynamic performance evaluation.
