| Reflexive zones on sole are the neural reflex areas on sole which the whole body organs such as head, viscera, muscle are projected down to based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. All kinds of organs have a close relationship with the reflexive zones on sole. Corresponding symptoms will occur on reflexive zones when some organs wear away. Stimulating the corresponding reflexive zones can improve the function of problematic organs.However, location of reflexive zones on sole has relied on the experience and the same reflexive zones will have different location results by different people. At present, the conductivity measurement location method is still to study further. The traditional geometric measurement location method is that the reflexive zones are located by simple quantitave or qualitative approach which mainly depends on the doctor or chiropractor's clinical and subjective judgments. Lack of objective quantitative criteria or precision instrument the traditional method has no good reliability or scientific. Location of reflexive zones on sole has no accurate method or precision instrument to affect Traditional Chinese Medicine and foot massage and so on seriously.In order to perform location of reflexive zones on sole more efficiently and automatically, a new precision measurement and location theory of reflexive zones on sole is studied based on photography, image measurement, geometric morphometry and mechanical projection location. Without considering medical function and anatomical structure of feet, the geometric morph of sole is acquiered by photography and image measurement. Comparing to the standard image of reflexive zones on sole, the reflexive zones of experimental sole is measured and located based on benchmark rectangular. Mechanical projection location system is designed for projecting the image of reflexive zones on experimental sole to the experimental sole accurately and fast.The novel methord provides ways and means for Traditional Chinese Medicine and foot massage realizing systematic, objecttive, standardization and lays the basis for its measurement science promoting location of reflexive zones on sole from subject experience level to objective science aspects. |
