The question of Plastic deformation and rebound of the material has been theadvanced topic in scientific research. the reason is that the requirements for shape ofdifferent material is more and more high in all areas of the current social development. Inorder to adapt to the high standards and high precision of the new requirements in themodern industrial, it is one of the imperative tasks to research the material of plasticforming and rebound properties after unloading in the deformation process at present theengineering application. Previous studies of Plastic deformation and rebound for thematerial based on the computer to carry on the numerical simulation. So it has theimportant meaning of innovation in this problem to export a complete theoreticalcalculation formula.In this paper we will be comprehensive consideration of a ideal of the rectangularsection elastic-plastic straight beam question of variational principle for boundary problemof undetermined and the simple rebound after unloading in the forming process modeling.In the calculation we will simplify the model to a cantilever straight beam by the end of aconcentrated force modeling. the underneath is a pattern that has certain curvature.Straight beam will bend plastic until fell on mold with the increasing force. We will applythe variational operation of Potential energy principle complementary energy principleto deduce the equation of torsion line for straight beam bending deformation. At the sametime apply the lateral-torsion coupling system and the lateral-torsion coupling equations todeduce the springback buckling equation after unloading. We will compare the results oftheoretical calculation and ANSYS finite element analysis software simulation results.
