Porous aerostatic bearing plays an increasingly important position in ultra-precisionprocessing, because it is very expensive, limiting the widespread use of such bearings. Inthis thesis, static characteristics of partial porous aerostatic thrust bearing were calculated,and its structural were optimized, improved bearing's performance, saved the cost ofbearing manufacturing.there are some practical significance on the porous aerostaticbearings for a wide range of applications.This thesis on the basis of the theory aboat the partial porous aerostatic thrust bearing,introduced the partial porous aerostatic thrust bearings in gas flow of basic assumptions,enumerated the relevant formula on the gases in partial porous aerostatic thrust bearing inthe flow, given the bearing capacity, stiffness and mass flow of the mathematical model.Calculated the affect of the partial porous aerostatic thrust bearing structuralparameters on the bearing static characteristics. To ensure the porous material withoutchanging the volume, calculated the bearing restrictor's four parameters on the bearingcapacity, stiffness and mass flow, got the variation of bearing three changes of staticcharacteristics.Calculated the local partial porous aerostatic thrust bearing for the simulationcalculations by the fluid dynamics analysis software, got the bearing's pressuredistribution inside the cloud, drawn out of the bearing static characteristics curves, thevalues obtained with the simulated values are consistent with theoretical calculations.Optimized the partial porous aerostatic thrust bearing. Determined the parameters ofthe bearing structure of non-inferior solution set, given a different type of bearing selectedparameters corresponding to the static structure of the program in this paper, andportfoliod structure into a decision matrix; total volume of porous materials according tothe size of the order, combined with Topsis method selected from the decision matrix inthe program consistent with the constraints; analysis and comparison of resultsoptimization of the bearing,calculated the the cost savings of the bearing afteroptimization.
