Inner circular steel tube with outer angel steel plank reinforced concrete column is anew composite column form, the research indicates that it can reduce the section size ofcomponents, improve the bearing capacity and the ductility, it has wide applicationprospects. It is necessary to research mechanical behavior of column reinforced by innercircular steel tube with outer angel steel plank under low cyclic loading because the forceand deformation of column under seismic load plays an important role in earthquake. Thepurpose of this thesis is discuss the influences of each parameter on skeleton curve ofInner circular steel tube with outer angel steel plank reinforced concrete column, which onthe basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, and analyze theseismic behavior of the composite column which including rigidity degradation, energydissipation capacity and ductility, then find out the regular influence of each parameter.This paper uses the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the model of thecircular steel tube reinforced concrete column and steel encased reinforced concretecolumn at first, and extract the curve. After comparing with the curve, it validates thecorrectness of the finite element model. Then establish finite element models of innercircular steel tube with outer angel steel plank reinforced concrete column and studyevery influence factor of the skeleton curve. Finally study the seismic performance ofinner circular steel tube with outer angel steel plank reinforced concrete column whichincluding rigidity degradation, energy dissipation capacity and ductility. The calculationand analysis results show that through the ABAQUS software to establish the finiteelement model, and simulating the Inner circular steel tube with outer angel steel plankreinforced concrete column at first to confirm that the finite element procedure is right, theinfluence of axial load level, encased effect coefficient of the steel tube, the location factor,the angel steel ratio, effect of the batten plate, and the steels spacing skeleton curve isbigger and the influence of the strength of concretes and strength of angel steel is smaller.Inner circular steel tube with outer angel steel plank reinforced concrete column has betterenergy dissipation capacity and ductility, the influence of the strength of concretes and the steels spacing on rigidity and equivalent damping coefficient is small, axial load level andthe angel steel ratio are important factor on ductility.
