The Design And Realization Of The Fire Alarm System On The Central Control Room

The center control room is very important in the petroleum and chemical factory. It will cause major economic losses and casualties when fire happened. At present, fire safety technology and products have been more mature in this industry in foreign countries, and have made the great progress in this field in China. But, huge gap in the detail and the stability of the equipment is existent. It is the inconvenience of the high investment and maintenance issues in the relevant technology and equipment in the actual applications. Therefore, a fire alarm system which is suitable for the central control room in petroleum and chemical industry is designed and it is implemented by constructing.First, in this dissertation, the development and history of fire alarm systems is given. the various stages of the fire alarm system in the development process are analyzed. and points out the advantages and disadvantages of various existing product is pointed out in each phase. Second, the industrial field bus, CAN bus, and AT89S52 microcontroller in detail as the core of the fire alarm linkage system are introduced in the dissertation. Finally, a fire alarm and linkage system is planed for the central control room of the petrolic and chemical plant.The thesis is provided the hardware and electrical circuits of the fire alarm system and electrical circuits. It describes the design and description of the distribution on the hardware and software programming. Now the item has been completed successfully, and all its technical specifications are align with the requirement. The equipment is structured compactly, manipulated visually and expediently, and its performance is stable and reliable. Fire alarm system meets the requirements of The Fire Alarm System Design(GB50116—98).
