Along with the fast development of railway passenger, when the train pass curve, the centrifugal force affects train operation safety and becomes the important factor. Therefore, how to reduce the influence of high-speed train centrifugal force becomes the main content of this study. Based on the study, the paper analyzes crosswind orbit and puts forward the train electromagnetic control system solutions based on electromagnetic control.Train electromagnetic control system uses the active control mode and realizes that the train rides in corners, not orbital safely and efficiently. It uses corresponding acceleration sensors, eddy current range-finding sensors to acquire real-time data on the acceleration, the wheel/rail spacing and crosswind size. The data is transmitted to the central control module. Through the central control module to compute data, the stress of the situation between the wheel/rail has been decided. Then center control module produces corresponding control information and transmits to each executive module through MVB bus. The executing module controls the current and makes electromagnets force equilibrium between the wheel/rail. Each executive module uses PID algorithm to control magnetic effectively. When the output of the electromagnetic force is too large or too small, executing module makes real-time adjustment control safely. The study is mainly in the following two aspects:(1) The paper analyses the force in the following factors:the train in corners, rail irregularities, and crosswind. According to GB5599-1985 standards on the judging indexes of safety and comfort, the paper analyses the train electromagnetic control system, the system structure, working principle and constraint conditions, etc carefully.(2) By simulation system, the paper realizes the construction of the train electromagnetic control system dynamic simulation. This article analyses the system on the analog systems hardware and software aspects. This simulation system is based on the ARM system as the central control module, AVR as driving acquisition system. The system simulation is realized by writing corresponding software. In this paper, simulated tests have been done in the following aspects:improving side corners capacity, reducing the crosswind wind affects. Simulated tests are based on the same rotating speed in the simulation platform. In the same simulation environment, the results of closing and opening electromagnetic control system have been compared. The results show that train electromagnetic control system can reduce the derailment coefficients simulated of the train and enhance the safety. Overall performance of the train has been greatly improved. The paper analyses testing results under the conditions of the closing and opening the train electromagnetic control system.The results show that train electromagnetic control system makes the simulated car derailment coefficients reduced sharply. The train safety indexes have been greatly improved, and operation quality has been improved obviously.Train electromagnetic control system is a safe and efficient artificially intelligent control system. The paper presents experimental simulation on the base of theory and the simulation results prove the consistency between the theoretical values and simulation test data is good. The system and its simulation lay a certain foundation on the future further research.
