The fast development of new energy was promoted, with the depletion of conventional resource and the deterioration of environment. Wind power as a kind of reserves huge clean energy had very important significance which relieved tense situation in our country at present.First, the fan aerodynamics and maximum power tracking theory were introduced in this dissertation. According to the characteristics of permanent magnet wind power generation system, two important circuit topology in the current was analyzed and then finalized the main circuit which contain pro-class BOOST and after PWM inverter. The BOOST circuit's work was analyzed basing on the main circuit, and presented a voltage feed-forward loop current control strategy in view of the characteristics of the not controlled rectifier for generating of the side. According to the principle of maximum power tracing, the output power of the generator of mathematical modeling was established, at the same time, deduced the BOOST instructions current which would realize the most power tracing. Second, the working principle of after-class PWM inverter was described, and the three-phase inverter was deduced by using switch function. The inverter mathematical model was made by coordinate transformation, which designed the double loop control strategy of voltage outer loop and inner current loop by decoupling the exchange variable. Finally, based on the above control strategy, the simulation model was designed and the simulation results proved the feasibility of the control strategy.On the basis of simulation experiment, the hardware circuit of the control system, and designed the corresponding software flow chart, which included power supply circuit, dc side voltage measure circuit, ac voltage and current detection circuit, and used to implement the low voltage through function of unloading circuit were designed. Finally, the controller was validated by experiment.
