During the process of EMS construction, the process measurement data of energy media plays an important role. The bases of energy scheduling, optimization, run accident exception handling, process systems energy conservation is to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the measurements data.The construction of Tobacco Company's energy management system is used as the background in this paper. By analyzing the energy performance monitoring model, energy performance data is classified. The method of estimate instrument characteristics based on variance analysis is used to get the variances values of instrument measurement error, ensuring the instruments meet the measurement characteristics and improving the accuracy of the data.In order to improve the accuracy of the data, data correction technology is used to exclude significant error of measurement data. On base of classifying the energy medium operation control model, methods of overall test based on quantitative model, exclude significant error by measuring residual and exclude significant error based on principal component analysis are used in this paper. Then, the performance and application conditions of these methods are compared.Finally, the data reconciliation method in data correction technology is used to coordinate the entire energy data. There exist two problems on application the minimum deviation of coordination algorithms in the field, and gives a solution.In the process of energy management systems construction, data reconciliation technology is used to improve the correctness and accuracy of instrument measurements data, has some reference value.
