New type of engineering material emerge with the development of science andtechnology,it is a great significance to get the dynamic stress-strain relation of thesenew materials in the explosion and military fields, Based on the traditional materialsdynamicproperties experiment methods, use the method of Lagrange combine withHopkinson to solve the stress-strain curve,solve the pulse and reflection pulse superimposedproblem by using back analysis method in the experiment data processing.Itneeds not assume the material constitutive relationship in the experiment because theadaption of the Lagrange method,this article has do the experiment of the Lagrangemethod combining with Hopkinson bar and compiled the corresponding the Lagrangeanalysis program,at last find out the corresponding curve.The main research contents of this dissertation are listed as follows:(1)Discusses the characteristics of high-speed photography measuring instrumentand introduces the corresponding hardware of the measuring technique,points outthe hardware system required by the experiment.(2)Analyzed the experiment principle of the Hopkinson bar and discussed thetwo assumptions who base the experiment,this article gives the precision ofexperiment impacted by compression strut bending degree and the specimen size.(3)Introduced some processing method of the Lagrange analysis and analys thetheoretic of Lagrange combining Hopkinson bar deeply,gives out the correspondingtheoretical calculation formula of different experimental measurement.(4)Make the impact test to concrete specimens by using 37mm Hopkinsonbar,success to processing the test income curves and get the stress-strain curve at50mm,100mm,150mm place.(5)Compared the experiment results and numerical simulationresults,confirmed effectiveness of the new experiment method.
