Automobile panel dies are the important process equipment of automobile body's manufacturing, but automobile panel dies are mostly space surface structure, complex shape and no accurate size parameters, the dies design and manufacturing experiential, personalized serious, the parameters is difficult to describe, leading to the development of panel die long life cycle, cost high, so panel design and manufacturing became restricting our important bottleneck of the design and manufacturing of automobile panel. The development of the mould CAD/CAM, provides an important technology foundation for digital design manufacture of automobile panel dies, provides an important technology foundation. Therefore, put these design and manufacture experience standardization and combining mould CAD/CAM technology, shorten panel dies design and manufacturing cycle, improve the mould design manufacture efficiency, is the current problems needed to resolve.The development situation of home and abroad automobile panel dies CAD/CAM was researched by this thesis through the vast literature, and the current problems in designing and manufacturing of automobile panel dies was analyzed, and based on this, illuminates the thesis to the choose background and significance of this thesis was illuminated. Introduces the meaning and principle of norm and normzation of, the technology of KBE and UG/Open were researched.The common parts panel die in designing and manufacturing could be used as standard parts, its design norm generally includes size selection principle, structural design principles, distribution principle, etc.; Typical mold structure such as draw die, trim-pierce die, flange die,their design and manufacturing norm need to been research from the main design points, the working parts structure, auxiliary structure, quality requirements and CNC programming norm aspects.According to research relevant design and manufacturing norm, the design and manufacture of normative knowledge acquisition was completed by this thesis on the theoretical base of KBE technology, to use UGNX4.0 as a platform, using UG/Open MenuScript, UG/Open UIStyler, UG/Open Grip, UG/Open API second development module under the VC6.0 environment,the digital design and manufacture norm module was established, general structure was built standard parts library. This module embedded in the UG, realized in UG seamless connection, let designers can more easily use.Taking a outside panel trim die for example, use the norm module of digital design and manufacture,established by this thesis, in the design process view related design norm code to help design, use the standard parts complete the die's assembly. proved that the digital design and manufacture norm module's practicability in panel die's design was proved by the application of this example.Use this module can greatly improve the design efficiency of panel dies, shorten dies development cycle. |
