| The flanged bolted connection system is widely used in petrochemical and aviation field. Gasket is one important seal components, and its performance directly affects the flanged bolted connection system sealing performance. The flanged joints is considered as a system which consists of flanges, bolts and gaskets.Firstly, establishing mathematical model which can simulate creep characteristic of non-metal gasket, based on the viscoelastic theory, calculated for creep deformation and the time of the equation.The flanged joints are taken as a system and considering the non-linearity features of gaskets. A parametric 3D finite element model of the 1/2 flanged bolted connection system is established. In the different bolted pro-load and internal pressure field, the system stress distribution and bolted stress distribution are studied, which show that regularity of distribution of gasket stress coincides with the other, and the stress in the same site was increased with the increase in internal pressure. The biggest stress intensity appears in the flange cone neck place, which is obtained and corresponded to practice.Secondly, stress relaxation of the bolted was analyzed in the different temperature field, and to discover some stress-time curve. Finite calculation method in the article is compared with PVRC experiment and two results are in good agreement.Finally, creep resistance of gaskets was analyzed in the different bolted pro-load field, and to discover some gaskets Y-deformation time curve. The analyzed results are compared with experiment datas and two results are in good agreement. Creep resistance of gaskets was analyzed in the different gasket thickness, and to discover along with the increase of gasket thickness, the worse the flanged joints tightness. |
