Research Of F4A Transmision Project Application

The technology of automatic transmission is the target which the people has been pursuing for a long time, and is a important symbol that the automobile is developing to a high level, is also the important technology expected to be developed and promoted. With the continuous development of the automatic technology and the rapid increase for the total number of the automobile, due to complicated operation,poor comfort in driving and riding and high requirement for driving skill, the shortcomings of the tradional mechanical transmission are gradually highlighted, so the people is anxious to realize the automatic control for the shift and vehicle speed in the driving process,but the automatic transmission is increasingly being spreaded because of its advantage in simple operation, good economy,comfortable riding and safty driving, additionally, the operation performance will be determinated by its control system.With the development of the modern technology, the shift control is tending to be intellectual, the vehicle shift can not only meet the power and economy requirement but also the shifting can be conducted according to the driver's need, to suit for various operation and environmental conditions, therefore, it is a developing trend of control technology for the current vehicle automatic transmission to design and develop the more intellectual shifing control system for the automatic transmission, this article elaborates the developing history, current development situation and main research contents of automatic transmission, fully analyses the type of the shifing regulation and the method of the shift control, the relevant shift regulation and the shifting strategy will be defined as per the different demand.Taking F4A4as a example, the design of F4A4, shifting control strategy,shifting control and the ratio optimization by mating the transmission with the vehicle have been studied in this article.
