| With the development of fast construction mode in shipbuilding market, the demand on accuracy of intermediate product of shipbuilding is becoming higher and higher. Comparing with Japanese and Korea shipbuilding technology, Chinese shipbuilding industry's weakness mainly exists in accuracy control. In accurate shipbuilding process, block accuracy is the key part, which has significant meaning in shortening the period of shipbuilding process, decreasing cost and improving the quality of ship. The key of block accuracy control is to create a integrate block accuracy controlling system, which makes great sense in implementing comprehensive accuracy controlling, increasing block accuracy, standardization of proceeding of accuracy controlling, realizing "zero-defect transferring" and advancing non-allowance shipbuilding.Through researching on advanced managing method of ship block construction, measuring technology and accuracy-compensatory system, which are widely used by modern shipyards, and studying in the field of accuracy controlling of ship block construction, this paper, combining the actual status of block construction in DSIC improves the scheme of accuracy controlling method of block construction on the basis of practical engineering need of DSIC. Then, the author also combines the 3D key measuring manner with practical application to further develop the program of measuring system. According to the practice of block construction, the accuracy controlling method and measuring program in this paper can help to obtain the prospect productive target in advancing the accuracy controlling of block construction.This paper analyzes the controlling influent factors and technical difficulties of block accuracy controlling in large container ship construction. The accurate quality controlling method this paper gives has directive meaning and referenced value in the construction of the same large container ship and in the improvement of quality. |
