Since our country carry out the reform and opening-up policy, people's living standards have greatly improved, Resident's electricity consumption has also grown. Most parts of the country, the provision of electricity to meet the needs of everyday life. However, in some remote mountain, farmers and herdsmen, plateau and island, these areas far from power grid, the electric grid can not access to these areas, to local residents of life and production bring tremendous influence. According to relevant data to display these areas in most parts of solar energy resources is very rich, this paper studies the stand-alone type photovoltaic system exploits the favorable conditions without electricity to solve the above areas without electricity using power problem. Therefore, this paper studies the stand-alone type photovoltaic system has realistic meanings.First, based on the working principle of photovoltaic cells, equivalent circuit and output characteristic research established based on physical properties of pv modules, and mathematical models in Matlab/Simulink for pv modules in the mathematical model for simulation, the simulation results with manufacturers to provide the data, this paper built the comparative pv array mathematical model mostly correct.Secondly, on photovoltaic array of maximum power point tracking and working principle of the method is studied, and according to the traditional maximum power point tracking method and the advantages and disadvantages of proposed an improved maximum power point tracking method. Through Matlab/Simulink comparative simulation proves the method is better than the traditional method of response speed and higher stability.Thirdly, the battery and working principle of the charging methods are studied, with multiple patterns charging method as the theoretical basis, and adopts integrated charging chip completed battery charging circuit design.Finally, the inverter circuits and working principle of the control strategy was studied, and completed the control strategy for double closed loop control, power switch tube driver signal for single polarity SPWM inverter circuit design form. And in Matlab/simulink simulation platform established inverter circuits of the simulation model, through the simulation result proves the inverter circuit design of basic right.
