Direct torque control system is simple and direct means of control, physical concept of clear, dynamic and static characteristics of good performance, a birth to universal concern and rapid development. However, direct torque control there are still some shortcomings, such as torque ripple, current harmonics serious, the inverter switching frequency is not constant and so on, seriously limit their applications. To solve these problems, put forward a combination of intelligent control with sliding mode control applied to direct torque control improvements.Direct torque control system for torque ripple and the inverter switching frequency is not constant, this paper presents a sliding mode control with fuzzy control and intelligent control systems. The program replaced by fuzzy sliding mode controller in the conventional direct torque control system flux, torque hysteresis controller, and uses a constant frequency space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology control plan.Control for induction motor directly to the stator resistance change, we propose a new fuzzy neural network and sliding mode control scheme to realize the decoupling control of speed and flux. The program also uses SVPWM inverter control technology.Based on the above two schemes were designed the MATLAB simulation model and simulation experiments. On this basis, established a TMS320F2812 DSP core test platform. Experimental results show that the improved system can meet the target, effectively improve system performance.
