Bridge is the throat of highway , its function is good or bad use of the entire line blocked, most of the existing bridge has been unable to meet current design standards requirements, seriously affecting the road transport industry. With the national economic development, traffic volume and vehicle load increasing, increasing road traffic load increases, so that part of the early design of the bridge construction has been increasing both the damage and accelerated aging of the bridge, damaged, seriously affecting and restricting the transport and local economic development. By financial and material resource limitations, not all existing bridge demolition and reconstruction, but look forward to leveraging the existing bridge, through the reinforcement technology for technological transformation of the old bridge to improve the existing carrying capacity. Therefore, strengthening and maintenance of the bridge project has become a hot issue.This article focuses on the external prestressing technology to strengthen the bridge widened. External Prestressing bridge is in the original layout of prestressing tensile cable, PC cable anchored at both ends of the beam, the axial pressure applied to the beam and bending moment. Made on the External Prestressing this structural analysis, mechanical analysis, discussion of the reinforcement system of normal use stage of stress, deflection and reinforcement system for ultimate strength calculation. And loss of prestressing cable-depth study of prestressed and consider external vibration characteristics of prestressed cable.With an engineering example, we study ANASYS tendons in vitro method of simulated,and actual work to establish the spatial finite element model of the solid bridges before and after the static load analysis, and prestressed by applying a different turn and placed the block different spacing, are scratched across the middle and lower scale value, and according to experimental design to optimize the deflection, the optimal results. Optimize results based on simulation, modeling data indicate that prestressing applied to offset part of the constant load, play the role of unloading to improve and adjust the force status of the original structure, significantly improve the structural stiffness, crack resistance and structural load capacity. And the dynamic characteristics of the analysis.
