Study On Agricultural And Forestry Crops Cultural Park Planing

The Crop Theme Park (CTP) is a great comprehensive park, based on agricultural activities, depended on agricultural process and tourism service activities.In recent years, with the rapid economic growth and rural economic structure's adjustment, the CTP has been rapidly developmented in our country, and has become the important growth point of our economy. However, fundamental researches related to it lag.Therefore, the discussion how to plan and construct CTP integrating concerned discipline theories with the characters of it, has been becoming the topic reseach recently.Based on this, the author takes this research as the content of topics in the master's thesis.Through collecting a large number of literatures, researching present situations of CTP in recent decades and analyzing the existing problems,the paper sorts out the characters, the goals and extracts the planning factors, through scientific analysis method to construct the-matrix. And this paper selectes Grape Theme Park to analyze, hoping to get the theoretical data as a guide.As last,the paper propose the goals,conditions,principles and optimized pattern of the CTP planning.The concrete research content is as follows:The first part is an introduction, points out the background, the goals and the significance, the research methods, content and the innovation spots of this research, as well as some basic conceptions.The second part is the summary. Introduce the researches of the Sightseeing AgriCultural Park, the Theme Park and the Specified Plant Gardens at home and abroad, as well as the relation between the two. Search the existing deficiency of CTP planning through analyzing the classic examples at home.The third part is the research of the CTP planning.Extract the planning factors through study on the basic theories. It's procedure respectively is:Earlier period planning, planning factors, later period operation.The fourth part is the emprehensive analysis of CTP planning.Through selecting evaluation index, building matrix and the evaluation model of CTP planning. To Shanghai MaLu Grapes Theme Park, Yantai ZhangYu Castel Chateau, Qingdao HuaDong BaiLi Chateau, Penglai JunDing Chateau as examples, through quantitative analysis to obtain the data, look at the problems and inadequate in the A CTP planning at this stage.The fifth part is the conclusion. Basis on the above analysis and research, this paper proposes the conditions,principles and optimizing mode of CTP planning.
