Coastal or offshore areas of concrete vulnerable to chloride ions erosion in salt fog environment.chloride ions invades cause structure damage in design benchmark period , bringing great harm for structure in durability, safety and applicability. In recent years, more and more scholars research concrete structure damage how to suffer chlorid penetration in salt fog environment. This article on the basis of the domestic and foreign's existing research results and Combine with Technology project of guangdong province highway administration, Through a series of corrosion experiments, simulating experiments in salt fog environment and researching Corrosion concrete craze,deformation,mechanism of deterioration,coefficient of permeability,surface chloride ion concentration changes with time relations, mainly made the following aspects of work.(1). Research of chlorine ion in concrete diffusion theory and steel bar suffered the corrosion mechanism of chloride ion. Analyses the main defects of Fick second law, summarizes all sorts of model in Concrete internal's chlorine ion concentration.(2).After salt fog corrosion , reinforced concrete short beams do experiment of shear pressure destroy, using the limit equilibrium theory to establish corrosion reinforced concrete short beam shear bearing capacity calculation model and research corrosion reinforced concrete short beam shear bearing capacity changes with corrosion time relations, this paper puts forward a calculation formula of corrosion reinforced concrete short beam shear bearing capacity changes with corrosion time relations.(3).This paper simulate shantou regional salt fog environment in the comprehensive salt fog corrosion box, using different water cement ratio,different proportion of fly ash admixtures, different corrosion time, different chlorine ion concentration, and puts forward environment coefficient and fly ash influence coefficients. Revise the Fick second law:(4).Simulate in salt fog experiment of the atmospheric environment ,researching surface chloride ion concentration change rule with different concentration cyclic number,different water-cement ratio,different fly ash adulterating amount. Through the test data, this paper compares concrete surface chlorine ion concentration change rule over time, Results show that index model has good reasonable and practical. Consider the surface of chlorine ion in the initial moment, revised exponential model, get a more perfect model.
