As the special equipment, lift directly serve construction, its use an ever-growing number, elevators important safety accident also shows ascendant trend. This article mainly aims at building the above characteristics on construction lifter for safety assessment, the main work done as follows.From the elevator's properties and safety requirement,this paper use the barb chart analysis, LEC evaluation of major hazard evaluation method, and puts forward the feasibility of the proposed control scheme. THEBP method adopted in the system to lift the man-machine on the reliability of personnel and analyzed by reducing human mistakes method. This article introducted several safety evaluation methods: the accident tree analysis, event tree analysis and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, the BP neural network method etc. Various evaluation methods of comparison, the BP neural network method is more simple and scientific method. First, this article will construction hoists safe related factors as factor sets, then, applying the BP (Back Propagation) Artificial Neural of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model, a, use of MATLAB Neural Network toolbox, simulation of the sample data, then adopts the trained Network construction lifter safety situation of evaluation.Risk control is the basic purpose and ultimate goal, this paper mainly from the ultimate purpose of the accident beforehand, afterwards for construction lifter risk control analysis, guarantee the effectiveness of risk control. Puts forward to lower the risk of safety measures and analyzes the lifts the reasonable degree of safety investment.Based on the MATLAB BP artificial neural network method is applied in construction lifter construction safety evaluation achieved good effect, this method has a fast calculation speed, don't need the traditional trival programming, just learning training function calls methods, improve the efficiency of the safety evaluation. It is proved by practice BP network construction safety evaluation prediction, can assist the security personnel in common use construction lifter making comprehensive safety evaluation.
