Industrial waste oil,suah as waste engine oil, waste hydraulic oil, waste heavy oil and so on, was usually been threw away or used as fuel to combust.But these ways will eventually cause environment pollution, like water pollution and atmospherict pollution.However, from the view of economic value, waste oil recycling also have significant potential economic value.Because the existing oil processing equipments mostly adopt renewable purification . Oil processing equipment was composed of many systems, and condensation system is necessary to make the oil condensed . Existing condensing technologies are mainly water-cool, air-cool and compulsory condensation, there are still many problems in condensing system. So the research of compulsory condensing technology of oil recycling equipment becomes especially important.Based on the complete theory of Universal line vortex,we did some research about Mechanical equipment which takes shape cavity volume change as working principle and Profile theory of gearing which transits conjugate curves. And we studied condensation technology of waste oil equipment from the following three aspects:improving compression efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce noise pollution .The main work has been done in this paper as follows:1. Based on such profiles, it was further researched for all factors working on the integrative performance of the scroll compressor and the analysis of gas power was made on the key components influencing the integrative performance and four basic parameters including height, spindle rotation, involute angle and radius parameter of base circle. It was analyzed that the relation of axial gas power, radial gas power tangential gas power, overturning torque and rotation torque of dynamic and static vortex plate by employing the Genetic Algorithms (GA) of MATLAB to obtain the restricted parameter range, and to conclude that there is a linear relationship among four basic parameters and the overall force. Instance calculation was conducted to prove the validity of the restricted range that compression ratio and volume utilization have been increased greatly after optimization, so as to avoid the blindness of parameter selection and consequently improve the integrative performance of the scroll compressor.2.Scroll compressor constituted by special scroll profiles of functional general scroll profiles was took to do research, using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA_II) to do optimization design for basic parameters of general scroll compressor, which including vortex height of dynamic and static scrolls,spindle rotation of scroll disk,involutes angle of scroll profile,radius of scroll profile ,and come to the result that gas force that scroll disk-received come up to optimal, the gas force including radial gas force, tangential gas force, overturning torque, rotation torque, energy efficiency ratio EER. Genetic algorithm method,mathematic model,mathematical model based on genetic algorithms,program flow chart,multi-objective optimization results of optimization design were presented. Compared with other optimization methods, NSGA_II can solve the multiple objective nonlinear optimization problems better. Finally, the optimized data was used to verify the validity of the method.3. Use of MATLAB software got the general vortex type line based spatial point data, then use the PRO/E software parametric modelling technology of 3d modeling scroll compressor parts, and its parts assembly and interference.4. Take functional general vortex type line to study vortex refrigeration's compressor performance and use MATLAB software programming, get about the corresponding space coordinates of tangential corner parameterφ, then use the PRO/E software parametric modelling technology of 3d modeling scroll compressor parts, then use the software in parts. Assemble in the Pro/E ASSEMBLY module and process simulation analysis under two drive modes that frequency conversion and fixed frequency. Analyse the working advantage of scoll compressor which drived by variable frequency.
