In this paper, the detection units to detect vehicle wheel hardness mainly because in today's era of rapid industrial development, testing hardness of the material is very common, such as the detection of hundreds of auto parts on the hardness, testing all parts of the jet hardness, and so on. Testing the hardness of parts is very important, otherwise it will cause difficult to control heat treatment process parameters, product quality and instability have caused the accident, although parts have been asked by the torsion and bending fatigue conditions, and have a good wear resistance, but still will lead to the generation of the accident. Hardness is a material to resist permanent deformation on the machine and anti-destruction capabilities. Test-bed for the design of the core parts of the hardness testing equipment to complete the mechanical design of the core part of the detection device.This paper presents a virtual simulation based on the hardness testing equipment design. After the establishment of test equipment into three-dimensional models and simulation software tool from using it as a rational structure, measurement accuracy and safety analysis model. Aerodynamic simulation model to establish and complete the reasonable control of the device. Will combine theory and analysis, and test equipment through the rational design of key institutions to complete the design. Simulation results show that the hardness testing equipment needs with good detection performance, and to study the theory into practical work.In this paper, the test-bed is very practical and can be extended to many industries, because not only low cost but also easy operation, safety is also high, test parts can be automated to improve the detection, because the test-bed technology combines electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology (especially pneumatic technology), machinery manufacturing three-one.
