With the continuous development of Chinese economy, infrastructure construction and various modernized industrial architecture set up ceaselessly. The foundation pit excavation depth is bigger and bigger.It is important for us to investgate geotechnical engineering whose quality plays an important role on the project construction.Foundation pit engineering is rich in content and changeable in the underground foundation construction .Especially in recent years, with the appearance of more and more deep foundation pits, we combine this subject with the software simulation.Shenyang Asian financial building project as an example, The essay gives an brief description of the project location, topography, weather conditions and the regional geological conditions. According to space condition and the project general situation, this project's geotechnical engineering investigation is fixed for the first rate; under investigation and the detailed work of identified core mission of this survey, we made a specific survey design; based on "geotechnical Engineering Investigation norms" and the relevant provisions of the experience of survey work areas for specific arranged to determine the scope of investigation, exploration point layout, hole depth and other field parameters, workload statistics presented by the demand for equipment and program duration to inspect the construction for the proposed practical and reasonable solution. And survey and design of the project was streamlined discussed.Through the survey field data and laboratory test data ,we analyze and evaluate the foundation soil suitability and reliability .
