Concrete-filled steel tubular have obvious advantage characteristic, such as good compressive strength, high bearing capacity, excellent impact resistance and ductility, better seismic behavior, good withstand high temperatures and resistance to corrosive, convenient construction, and good economic returns. Mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tubular very well with arch structure. It can comprehensively satisfy requirements of long span bridges, such as great bearing capacity, saving materials for construction, light erection weight, and the simple construction. It is kind of more ideal structure form for long-span arch bridges.In the last decade, the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is rapidly developing and widely used in practices in China. Not only the number of this bridge to be build gradually increased, but the span of the bridge become more and more long. With the raise of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is build, high demands are put forward to technology of construction and control of construction. Based on Donghu Bridge, discuss the research on construction control theory of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge in this paper. The main contents are as following:1,Beginning with the construction method of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridges, it is briefly analyzed that the construction method of steel arch rib of steel-pipe concrete arch bridge. Then, pointed out that construction is a mainly problem in development of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridges. The construction method and process of Donghu Bridge is researched for the base of construction control.2,The basic principle of construction, requirements, contents, and construction control method of bridges were researched. The structure analysis of construction control of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridges, error analysis, parametric identification, and state estimate were researched too. The factors influencing error of construction control of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridges are analyzed, and propound some ways of solution for the error.3,A concept and method was proposed to calculate the tension forces of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridges, and the forces in hangers could approach the target value after once tension. First, the finite element model of the bridge is created. Then, the target value of the force in hanger was calculated by using reality displacement and target displacement. Third, the force incremental was calculated according to reality force in hanger and target hanger in hanger. Finally, the adjusted force incremental for each hanger was calculated by the method of influence matrix. The force in hanger was adjusted according to the incremental for each hanger after once tension.The method was used in the construction process of Donghu Bridge. According to the observed value and the target value of the force in hanger, the adjusted force incremental in hanger was calculated by the method of influence matrix. The best way of the adjust order of the force in hanger was concluded by this research and the force in hanger approach the target value after once tension.
