Through systematic analysis of the factors that affect the bolt connection, to describe how to take countermeasure of process quality ,to propose dynamic and static torque characteristic ,and special methods of quality control and method of calculation, to the pursuit of lean manufacturing enterprises with a comprehensive manufacturing process to ensure consistency, which is the major research content in this paper.Based on a bolt connection quality control study ,SAIC GM Wuling Automobile Co. assembly plant put forward to a management system from product development, product trial, product manufacturing process.
