With the injection molding is widely used in the actual production, human propose a higher quality plastic injection molding requirements.How to use the injection molding process optimization to get better conditions for the injection molding parameters becoming increasingly urgent.In order to obtain superior parameters of injection molding design,an the combination took both advantages of CAE and Test optimization technology optimization method is proposed,together with S/N(Signal to Noise ratio) analysis, ANOVA(Analysis Of Variance) analysis. In order to maximize the use of good test sample data, speed up the process parameters for the prediction and optimization,the introduction of artificial neural network analysis of process parameters to predict and optimum design prior to molding, and guidance mold,which can not only obtain better injection molding process parameters, but also avoid creating a serious defection of the molding.The achievements included:(1) Taguchi DOE Method theory are described,focusing on utilizing of orthogonal array experiment derived parameters on warpage of the workpiece.Based on noise ratio(S/N) analysis,analysis of variance analysis to optimize the analysis of experiment results,the utilizing of signal to noise ratio analysis to determine the different levels of each factor for product quality to obtain a preferable group of process parameters.(2) Neural network modeling theory detailed introduction,based on ANN model establishing of the non-linear mapping of the relationship between process parameters and warpage,and verify the accuracy of ANN model, which is utilizing of the ANN model of nonlinear mapping,and calculation of the amount of warpage.No need utilizing repeatedly CAE software to analysis,save time for the process to develop.Conbined orthogonal array experiment and neural network optimizing the process parameters.Within the range of process parameters,using the ANN model instead of CAE software,and combined with orthogonal array expirment,further optimization of process parameters minimize amount of warpage.The work in this thesis shows:the combination of network and orthogonal test may obviously lessen the time of optimizing process parameters and improve the efficiency of process design, more precision conclusion can be obtained via using both the ANN model and orthogonal experiment,comparing with the orthogonal test only.Through the example of wing mirror is verified that the study method is help of improving the efficiency and quality of plastic molding.Thesis works and results are exemplified to be of certain guiding significance in practical injection molding technology.
