With the improvement in Nuclear Power System's degree of automation and the increasingly perfection on the reliability and performance of digital equipments, Nuclear Power System begins to use digital Distributed Control System(DCS) as its Instrumentation And Control(I&C) system. As a typical Fourth Generation DCS, Ovation System has been applied in the Control of AP1000 non-nuclear safety related equipments, and has achieved a good control effect. This page will study the control method of AP1000 primary system on the Ovation platform.Fistly, the Reactor and Steam Generator(SG)'s non-linear mathmatical models is constructed separately, which is the main energy conversation equipments in the primary loop. A research on the Cause-and-effect relationship between the reactor and SG upon load change is carried out to find out the connecting method between their simulation models to form an integrated AP1000 primary loop system. At the same time, the constructed mathematical models is verified with the simulation result. And then, the process control system on Ovation Engineering Station is developed, and Point Building(PB), Controll Building(PB), and Graphic Building(GB) is done to construct process variables, control logic sheets and human-computer interface with the PowerTools on Ovation system. On that basis, a study on the communication between Personal Computer(PC) and Ovation system based on Modbus TCP/IP protocol is carried out to accomplish half-physical real-time simulation; Meanwhile, the data communication between PC and three dimension simulation system based on vega is realized. At last, a new control method:fuzzy control method is researched on PC, and its control result is compared with traditional PID control data recorded in the half-physical simulation control process to find whether fuzy control is effective.
