As the capability of suddenly and covertly striking, submarines have become one of the most important equipments of the world Navy. However, submarine accidents happened frequently for a long time, with the rapid development of science and technology, submarines are equipped with more and more complex equipments and its maximum speed and depth increases a lot. Once submarine is in an accident, the time left for submarine operators to make a timely, rapid and accurate decision becomes shorter. Therefore, it is necessary to have a research on the restoring maneuvering rules and automatic control methods of submarine anti-sinking. Based on the previous researches of submarine anti-sinking, methods of the submarine automatic anti-sinking are proposed in this paper.To begin with, the mathematical modes of rudder-locked and flooding of damaged compartments is established based on the six degree-of-freedom movement equations. And based on the mathematical mode of the high-pressure blowing system, a complete mathematical mode of submarine anti-sinking simulation system is established by Matlab. Manipulating and controlling methods of the rudders-locked and flooding of damaged compartments are analyzed and the emergency controlling methods of typical submarine faults are found. It provides knowledge basis for the operation of the submarine and the design of automatic anti-sink control system in the sequel.In addition, the concept of the automatic control system is introduced into submarine anti-sinking in order to resolve manipulation insufficient in emergency situations. After the lack of traditional control methods are analyzed, the expert control system is used to research automatic anti-sinking of typical submarine faults, and combining with literature data and simulation results of submarine the knowledge structure in detail is given. The simulation result indicates that the system can quickly start the anti-sinking rules when it faces with the rudder-locked or flooding of damaged compartmentsAccording to the problem of submarine anti-sinking difficult to control, vertical angle and horizontal angle are easy to overstep limit, layered control methods are applied to automatic anti-sinking system of submarine. A multivariable T-S fuzzy controller is designed at the substrate of the control system to realize the attitude control. The simulation result indicates that the method can solve the problem and had a better performance.
