High pressure double-stage unload protection safety valve is one of the most sophisticated and crucial part of Hydraulic Support, its performance directly affects the whole hydraulic system.Base on the traditional hydraulic overflow Valve Based design method and theory, my subject attempts to put forward the first direct-acting structure and Large Flow differential structure of hydraulic support with high pressure double-stage unload protection design concept of safety valve, combining with the relief valve machining Parameter optimization of the technological requirements for safety valve structure.Establishing dynamic mathematical model of differential valve port structure, using Matlab software and its Simulink module simulation to analyze the model, to improve the performance of safety valve according to the curve analysis of valve port's static and dynamic performance and results of the analysis optimization of structure parameters.Dynamic mesh technique in the application of Fluent and UDF function in the process of two-stage unload protection of the relief valve opening and closing main spool valve opening changes of safety valve flow field numerical simulation and visualization study of change, to get the fluid velocity and pressure distribution in a valve Road Map. Based on the simulation results of the analysis and optimization of the relief valve port, to achieve the goal of efficient and low-noise. On the basis of the five principles of design model, for safety valve flow field simulation and analysis of ultra - large flow speed and pressure cloud pictures drawn.It is short of traffic safety valve test system in our country. The design of hydraulic support with double-stage unload protection safety valve parameter and performance analysis, based on the design of the hydraulic system principle established for traffic safety valve test system of the pressure and flow model and domestic hydraulic components performance parameter selection of a large flow of safety valve test system.
