In order to achieve reduced switching losses, reduced the size and number of magnetic components, this article applied planar passive integration technology and soft-switching technology in switching power supply. First of all ,this thesis described several common modeling methods of magnetic,focus on the T-L simulation modeling method and proved the correctness of the method by simulation. Then, described the principle of the integrated ZVS half-bridge converter, analysis each working model in detail. This paper key research the planar magnetic integrated solutions which the resonant inductance and converter transformer, and integrated the resonant inductor and resonant capacitor together on the resonant inductor and transformer integration structure by planar passive integrated technology, constructing planar passive integrated module. We proved the reasonableness of the program through the magnetic and circuit simulation. Finally, this thesis designed a prototype of ZVS half bridge converter which 350W power output and 48V voltage output. We proved the correctness and feasibility of the program by experiment result. |
