With the traffic growthand the surrounding environment deterioration,many bridges'reliability also greatly reduce, and may eventually reduced the level of the provisions, if these bridges which are in a bad technical condition can't be timely maintenanced and strengthened, it will pay a heavy price . so it is important for the social and economic work to inspection and evaluation bridges safety conditions.On the basis of absorption in relative technical literatures,the author paid much more attention on integrated safety evaluation of Shenyang 2nd ring road over-line continuous beam bridge which has been used more than ten years.Based on the inspection of bridge's appearance ,the response of the bridge under the static and dynamic load .The combined method of the in-site test , ansys numerical modeling and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluation the bridge safty,it provides the scientific basis for the health of the bridge operation. This paper together with practical applications of an engineering example, the research results are as follows :1.This paper use the ansys softwore to simulate the combination of the shenyang 2nd ring road over-line bridge load conditions state and draw out the whole bridge bending moment envelope. Thus it can be established for the box girders the static test section. 2.
