With the appear of the new material, new craft, new technology, cable-stayed bridge striding to super long-span, we should have put forward more higher requirements on it in the design, construction and construction control etc. With reference to JingYue Yangtze River Highway Bridge, based on the self-adaptive stress-free shape control theroy, this paper carries on a more thorough discussion to error analysis and control for super long-span composite cable-stayed bridge in the process of the superstructure installation. The concrete research work is as follows:(1) Thinking and methods on the self-adaptive adjustment of stress-free shape on girder was analyzed. Based on the quantitative analysis about all factors that affect the finally finished bridge state about stress-free shape on girder, concrete methods to control the error efficiency was studied in the process of cantilever erection on girder, the applicability on control crinciple of assort-step recognition and adjustment was proved, and the advantage of this method was tested and verified too.(2) Thorough analysis and research about the factors which would affected the accurate calculation on stress-free cable length and precise control on the actual anchor head pull-out length was studied, on the same times, the influence degree was analyzed. the corresponding control measures was put forward too. the valid control to the structure was came true and the anticipative purpose was achieved.(3) Based on the simulation on the temporary structure and the system transformation of the temporary pier, temporary supports, temporary consolidation, the profound analysis on the influence of system transformation to the finally finished bridge state was studied. for another, the corresponding control measures was put forward too.
