As the field of automatic control technology development and progress intelligent control technology attracts more and more researchers. Intelligent vehicle is produced in the development of intelligent control technology. The emergence of intelligent vehicle has the absolute dominance in autonomous driving the factory intelligent transportation systems detection of dangerous places and so on get many attentions by experts and scholars. In this paper through reference a large number of domestic and international design and manufacture of intelligent vehicle information and papers choose the 1:10 car models as the main research subjects and MC9SXS128MCU as the core control unit make use of analog camera as the main components to acquaint the path information in the mean time use the fuzzy PID control algorithm and BP neural network control algorithm as the main intelligent vehicle automatically driving control methods.First, base on the detailed analysis of the model car's mechanical construction improved servo installation improve the sensitivity of the steering servo. In terms of positioning the wheel on the model car kingpin inclination kingpin extraversion introversion front wheel front toe and other parameters were adjusted.Second, camera installation. Considering the body center of gravity of the car driving providing a specific installation parameters and possibilities. in the Hardware circuit design compared and analyzed different functions in components and circuits select the cost-effective components and more stable electrical characteristics of the control circuit. Also designed a wireless data transmission module and the DIP switch and some debug the circuit which can be used as part of the experiment debugging.Again, control strategy. The output image for the camera information and real-time monitoring of the body speed circuit design a novel software control algorithm to form a closed loop feedback control greatly improving the stability of the intelligent vehicle.Finally, on this basis proposed a number of intelligent vehicle control system design issues that need attention and also propose some aspects of the field for the future development of smart cars.
