| The capacitor is the basic component in the information field which will require capacitor developing to high frequency, because of high frequency and high-speed are among the information technology development direction. RF/microwave multi-layer capacitor is an important class of capacitor, with the characteristics of high reliability, high Q, low ESR, stable performance, wide frequency ranges, a larger RF current, which mainly used for circuits of RF power amplifier, mixer, oscillator, low noise amplifier, filter network, timer circuit, delay line, antenna tuning, MRI, transmitter.From the points of view for practical uses and combined with related principles, the material and production technology of CC411 RF/microwave multi-layer capacitor are researched and the product design, shape are completed in this dissertation.The content of the paper are as follows:1. Choosing self-made M1AG200 porcelain as the medium material through carrying out comparison to 3 kinds of medium material by macro analysis, product performance testing and peatlands test.2. Choosing E-1153P-1 as the Inner Electrode paste through carrying out adjustment test of Inorganic additives, organic systems and metal systems and combined with internal structure quality, test of electrical property and RF microwave performance.3. Choosing TM63-149 as the end electrode materials through adjusting the burn silver curve and the end electrode materials and combined with the quality and electrical property of the end electrode.4. The report identifies the porcelain slurry formula is porcelain : adhesive: toluene: alcohol=1:0.41:0.41:0.2, B74001 as the adhesive, through adjusting the proportion, kinds and comparing the quality of all the products.5. The report identifies the printing parameters with 0.8 - 0.9 mm of screen height, 0.12 - 0.14 MPa of scraping strips pressure, 40 - 42 mm/s of scraping strips speed and overlying technologic parameters with 100 bars of pressure, 60 s of time and 70℃of temperature, through comparative trial of the different printing and overlying technology.6. The report identifies the best row sticky curve and segmentation sintering curves by comparative trial of the different row sticky curve and sintering curves. |
