| FRP tube filled concrete-concrete slab composite beam is a novel combination of structural form, for the concrete slab above, the following FRP tube for a round, FRP tube can be hollow, injecting with mortar or lightweight aggregate concrete, this structure has full use of FRP superior tensile properties and the concrete's superior compression performance. This structure not only to meet the needs of modern engineering structures of high-strength light-weight, long-span heavy-duty needs, and in line with the trend of modern industrial development, which in large-span structures has a huge advantage, at the same time the project will also have a good application development prospects. We can found that, through access to a large number of documents in recent decades, so far, researches on a FRP tube filled concrete-concrete slab composite beam are little, so, further systematic theoretical research of FRP tube filled concrete-concrete slab composite beam has a actual and profound significance.According to FRP tube filled concrete-concrete slab composite beam, the paper using a combination with theoretical analysis and numerical calculation methods, the main research contents are as follows:analysis of the flexible elastic and plastic ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beam; analysis of interface slip, deformation, axial force and shear interface of the composite beam; analysis of the creep effect of the composite beam under symmetric concentrated load and establish the analysis model of the composite beam under creep effect; by using FORTRAN90 language and developing of analysis procedures, focus on analysis of symmetric composite beams under load and creep effects in the load-bearing capacity, strain, deformation properties and transfer of surface-slip properties.In this paper, through the use of a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical calculation method on the FRP tube filled concrete-concrete slab composite beam, we established the calculation formula for flexible elastic and plastic ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beam; established the calculation formula for the slide theory of the composite beam, and we calculated some examples for slide and axial force; we analysis the creep effect on the composite beams, using simplified analysis method to symmetric concentrated loads beams as an example, established the analysis model to the viscoelasticity analysis of the composite beam and we calculated some examples for the analysis model; using a computer program, wu calculated the basic parameters of the stiffness of the joints, relative humidity of concrete, axial compressive strength of concrete, concrete slab height, the width of concrete slab, different FRP modulus of elasticity and thickness of the FRP tube, results show that these parameters have a some influence for cross-beams in the deflection, FRP tube stress and slip in the end of the beam. Conclusions drawn from these this paper, I believe that they will have a certain reference value for further research and practical application. |
