With the rapid development of Science and Technology, the elevator has become a typically indispensable electromechanical product for people's life. Making vigorous effort to develop the lift products not only offers the delivery equipments for various industries and sectors but also creats the favorable environment for new and high electromechanical technology's development. On the other hand, elevator failure is the leading cause for some major accidents, and it directly brings the unbearable economic loss. Thus, making the reliability research to elevator products is very necessary and important.On the basement of the simplified mechanics, this paper makes the static and dynamic reliability sensitivity analysis to main actuating device and system's natural frequency. And mainly including of following several aspects:(1) Establish the failure model and state function of traction machine's main actuating device. This main actuating device has been make the reliability analysis and reliability sensitivity analysis. Furtherly, the paper has completed optimum design of reliability and robust design of reliability of main actuating device.(2) Simplify the elevator system reasonably. Its vibration model is established. Deduct the differential equation and frequency equation of elevator vibration system based on the mechanics model, and solve these two equations.(3) The relation criterion of difference not beyond special value of the natural frequency and driving frequency is proposed. Limit state equation of a stochastic natural frequency reliability analysis method of elevator vibration system is defined, and the calculation model of the natural frequency reliability analysis method is proposed. The quasi-failure analysis method for the elevator random vibration system is proposed. Thus, the natural frequency reliability analysis method for resonant problem of the elevator random vibration system is proposed, and the natural frequency reliability analysis theory is enriched. (4) This paper has also make frequency reliability sensitivity analysis on the basement of natural frequency reliability analysis theory. Give a reasonable elevator vibration absorber method and make functional verification.
