This paper present a method of multi-inductor and multi-inverter to meet the demand of sub-heating in industry and a strategy of multiple induction heating power supplies output power decoupling. This strategy is fulfilled from the same operating frequent of multiple inverters use and the same phase of the output currents. This approach allows each inverter output power independently of each other. Regulate the output power of any inverter when the other inverters'output power is not affected. The first chapter of this paper introduces the basic principle and the research situation home and abroad and presents the research content of this paper.Chapterâ…¡analysis the equivalent circuit of coupling condition between inverters. On the basis of this equivalent circuit, this paper presents the theory of output power decoupling control strategy. The third and fourth chapter introduce specific circuit design, including the main circuit design, power adjustment options, the phase closed-loop design, PLL design, and protection circuitry. At last, use the Altera Corporation EP2C5T144C8 series FPGA chip as a control chip to build an experimental prototype. The experimental results are given in Chapter V, and it achieves the intended purpose.
