As human living environment of their own importance, to the enormous side effects of modern civilization to understand the crisis deepened, the future of industrial civilization and material civilization of human society re-definition and understanding of the changes, it is acutely aware of the two major economic development must follow principles:environmental protection and rational use of non-renewable resources. Electric bicycles, electric tools, electric cars and other two major themes is the concept of response to the emergence and development of the social product, the protection of human dictates of their own, is to correctly handle the relationship between man and nature, the inevitable.Electric vehicles, energy storage power plants, electric bicycles are required on the composition of single cells in series battery pack to meet the needs of high voltage.Such as single cells causes the production process of the battery capacity and performance differences in the battery pack during charge and discharge, this difference is bound to expand, over time, this vicious cycle will accelerate the damage to the battery. Therefore, the power needs of a balanced circuit the battery pack to extend the battery life is the consensus of scholars and industry.This paper studies the following aspects:1. Summarizes the theory and development of lithium batteries, its current application status in the automotive sector, compared with existing lithium battery charging method and balanced way.2. The performance of the lithium batteries key technologies, summarizes the various characteristics and failure mechanism of lithium batteries and lithium primary batteries of the current status of SOC calculation, and the SOC calculation and a variety of factors.3. The design features of the lithium battery balancing system for hardware circuits, using a balanced realization of a new program to solve some technical shortcomings, especially for a large range of electric vehicles currently use lithium iron phosphate batteries.4. For the characteristics of lithium batteries, lithium batteries can develop a balanced set of rules to use, especially for a large range of electric vehicles currently use lithium iron phosphate batteries.5. Through the laboratory environment, the use of lithium iron phosphate group of the real experiment to verify the set of balanced management of the effectiveness of the system.6. Based on this study group on the balance of lithium iron phosphate do some summary and prospect late.
