ABSTRACT:With the development of urban rail transport, the technology of communication-based train control (CBTC) is being used more and more widely in the train operations,.The CBTC system successfully realizes the moving block, it also solves the problem of train tracking interval constrained, which improve the transport capacity. However, the dispatching strategy based on the traditional fixed block cannot fully play the advantages of CBTC technology, so the transport capacity cannot be fully realized. Therefore, in order to improve the transport capacity of transit and ensure the quality of train operation, it is necessary to design the dispatching strategy optimization.In view of the combinatorial optimization characteristics of city rail transit dispatching strategy, combining with the characteristic of CBTC system, a dispatching strategy model of urban rail transit based on Genetic Algorithms (GA) is established and then solved, and the corresponding simulation and verification is designed.Firstly, based on the assessment method of urban rail transportation capacity the characteristics, target and process of the dispatching strategy optimization design is elaborated, based on which the dispatching strategy optimization method of GABDSO is put forward.Secondly, through the analysis and optimization of the train diagram, the time model of CBTC system moving block is established to design the minimum headway time, the additional time, the buffer time, and the average waiting time, based on which the model of urban rail transit dispatching strategy optimization will be established, and then solved by the theory of genetic algorithm. And the specific process of genetic algorithm solution is detailed.Finally, Beijing Yizhuang subway line is taken as the simulation background, and the terminal return station-Yizhuang station is taken as the simulation scene, according to the actual base data and the operation of Yizhuang line, the simulation with random delay is taken. The results show that the GA based dispatching strategy optimization algorithm has significant effect for CBTC system at the improvement of capacity and elimination of the delay aspect, which proves that GABDSO can be an effective and feasible method to improve transport capacity.
